Tomato sauce

- 350 ml broth
- 2-3 tomato or 50 ml ketchup from house tomatoes and red peppers
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon or 1 cube vegetable concentrate (beef, mushrooms)
- 20 ml oil
- 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons flour
- several threads of parsley
- pepper, paprika

Tomato sauce

•  Set to boil 200 ml water with concentrate (or juice from the soup, quickie, etc.) with sugar and broth.

•  In a saucepan mix the oil with ketchup or tomato peel off the skin and chop finely.

•  Add flour and place on the stove over low heat stirring constantly with a pear-shaped whisk.

•  After 10-15 seconds add boiling liquid, stirring vigorously with the whisk. In 4-5 minutes it is ready.

•  Add pepper, vinegar to taste and if needed, salt or sugar. Powder with a little chopped parsley, put it in sauceboat and decorate with leaf parsley.


Tomato sauce

Serve to stuffed peppers, quickie meat, sauteed vegetables, spaghetti, pizza, casseroles, etc.
