Ingredients

Red beet salad with horseradish

- 1 kg red beet
- 3 largest horseradish roots
- salt
- sugar
- vinegar

Number of servings: 5-6
Cooking time: 180 minutes
Difficulty cooking: easy

Preparation

Red beet salad with horseradish

•  Wash beets well and place in baking in the oven.

•  When skin is softened and slightly crispy, beetroot is baked. Allow approx. 2 hours.

•  Once cooled, shave through little grated and mixed with grated horseradish, salt to taste, vinegar and sugar as taste. Sugar put option, if not sufficiently baked beets, mature (dark red).

Serving

Red beet salad with horseradish

Put in jars and serve as an accompaniment to steak, omelets.
