Ingredients

Pasta with Breadcrumbs and Nuts

- 500 gr. short pasta (snail or spiral)
- 500 gr. breadcrumbs
- 100 gr. nuts (peanuts)
- 100 gr. sugar (to taste)
- oil
- vanilla or rum

Number of servings: 3
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Difficulty cooking: easy

Preparation

Pasta with Breadcrumbs and Nuts

•  Boil pasta in salted water then drain and rinse with cold water in a colander.

•  Meanwhile fry the breadcrumbs in oil with nuts (passed through a meat grinder) and sugar.

•  In a skillet heat the little oil over that is upside down the pasta and breadcrumbs prepared.

•  Mix all very well for a minute.

Serving

Pasta with Breadcrumbs and Nuts

Serve only after it has cooled down, when we add the essences.
