Ingredients

Mushroom Rice

- 3/4 cup rice
- 2+1/2 cups water (same measuring cup ptr) or vegetable broth
- 2-3 bunch of green onions
- 1 bunch of dill
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- paprika (to taste)
- salt
- pepper

Preparation

Mushroom Rice

•  Wash and clean and cut mushrooms.
